Nanoscale Sensing for Biomedical Diagnostics
Tyndall researchers are developing nanoscale sensing platforms based on nanowires and nanopore arrays, which are yielding orders of magnitude greater sensitivity compared to conventional technologies. These next generation sensing devices provide an opportunity for early diagnosis (and thereby early treatment) of disease, with the objective to identify and treat disease before clinical symptoms appear.
