Health and Well-Being

A key issue in the effective roll-out of E-Health solutions and infrastructure is the development and evaluation of real-life scenarios whereby the deployment of wireless sensor networks can be assessed in terms of delivering benefit to the individual while providing value to the health economic value to practitioners in the hospital, the doctor’s surgery, the home and the wider community. The AES team at Tyndall are focussed on gaining an understanding of the issues associated with deployment of wireless sensor networks in an E-health space. The scenarios investigated include:
