The National Access Programme (NAP) held an Open Day on Wednesday 7th May 2008 at Tyndall in Cork. Over 20 researchers from 2 Institutes of Technology & 4 Universities attended this event. The selected theme was all aspects of the Central Fabrication Facilities (CFF).

A presentation by Brendan O'Neill on the Central Fabrications acilities (CFF) was followed by talks on the processes & capabilities within the Silicon (Alan Blake), III-V (Brian Corbett) and MEMS fabrication (Jaap Verheggen) laboratories.
