Artem obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees with honors in Radio Engineering from Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev–KAI (KNRTU-KAI). During his studies, Artem was actively involved in research projects related to gas measuring systems and the development of state standards in All-Russian Scientific Research Institute for Flow Metering
After completing his master’s degree in 2017, Artem continued his research work at KNRTU-KAI’s Research Laboratory “NIL-15”, focusing on the measurement of the quality of vegetable oils using optical and microwave methods. In addition, he contributed to the development of an automated system for object search and identification through computer neural networks in LLC “”MARGUT””.
Artem’s dedication to research and academic excellence led him to pursue a double PhD degree at Politecnico di Bari and CAPPA, Munster Technological University, specializing in Electrical and Information Engineering and Photonics. He completed his doctoral studies as part of the OPTAPHI, European Double Doctorate Marie Sklodowska-Curie training network.
Currently, Artem is a Postdoctoral Researcher at CAPPA group, where he is involved in the MetaSPECS project focusing on Metasurfaces and photonic integrated circuits for enhanced photothermal spectroscopy.
