IPES

Dr Anina Anju B. is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Tyndall National Institute, Ireland, working on reliability assessment and failure analysis of advanced electronic materials and devices. Her current research focuses on developing experimental workflows for microstructural characterisation, investigating degradation mechanisms, and establishing correlations between material properties, processing conditions, and device performance.

She holds a PhD in Physics from CSIR- National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), India, specialising in thin-film perovskite material systems for energy storage applications. Her research interests include advanced materials synthesis, thin-film technologies, microelectronics reliability, failure analysis, MEMS devices, and structure-property relationships in functional materials. She has published research articles in international journals, contributed to conference proceedings, delivered invited talks, and collaborated with leading research institutions.

At Tyndall, she contributes to developing new characterisation approaches that support reliability improvement in next-generation MEMS technologies.
