Ashish Kaushal is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Tyndall since April 2025. He earned his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar, India in 2024. During his PhD, he was also a Commonwealth Scholar at Cardiff University, UK, where he worked as a visiting researcher. He completed his integrated Bachelors and Masters through a 5-year Dual Degree program at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur, India. His research interests include Edge-Cloud Computing, Distributed Systems, Intelligent IoT Applications, Resource Scheduling, Edge AI, and High-Performance Computing. His work has been published in reputed venues such as IEEE Internet of Things Journal, Future Generation Computer Systems, and flagship ACM/IEEE conferences.
