  • MicroNano Systems

Mahbub Akhter's  responsibilities include the design, fabrication and testing of GaN based devices (LEDs, super-luminescent LEDs, and laser diodes), analysis of the test results, and the drafting of summary reports to provide feedback to internal and external partners (such as wafer growers). His responsibilities also include device separation and packaging activities, such as wafer grinding and polishing, wafer dicing, wire bonding, and flip-chip bonding
