Patryk has received his MSc/Eng degree In Automatics and Robotics from Poznan University of Technology, Poland. He honed his automation programming skills working at ‘PESA’ (Polish train manufacturing company) for 4 years till 2017 and then moved to Ireland to work on programming robots and manufacturing lines for Boston Scientific Galway (Medical Device Manufacturing company) till 2021. At the latter he kicked off his AI engineering career by starting a project on using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) for part inspection which led to assembly of an AI team at the company.
Currently he works as a PhD student and researcher in Wireless Communications & AI Research group at Tyndall. His research topics include developing AI models aimed at improving Wireless networks Quality of Service (QoS) and user Quality of Experience (QoE), Mesh networks and realistic network traffic generation for network simulations.
