Swati Mukherjee is a Ph.D. candidate at Tyndall National Institute, specializing in the development of epitaxial structures for photonic integrated devices. Her research focuses on utilizing Metal Organic Vapour Phase Epitaxy (MOVPE) to grow III-V materials tailored for conventional device structures. Currently investigating and optimizing quantum dot structures for Laser devices in telecom windows.
