With over 120 PhD students Tyndall has the largest population of ICT PhD students in Ireland. Our students graduate as the best qualified researchers in the country and are sought both nationally and internationally for their skills and expertise.

Today Tyndall alumni occupy positions of responsibility in some of the world’s leading technology companies including Intel, Analog Devices, Qualcomm, etc.

We also support industry sponsored PhD and Masters student programs which allows a company provide an input to the research topics for the student, thereby tailoring the student’s expertise to areas directly relevant to the company.
