Caroline Dowling is currently an advisor, supporting start-ups, SME’s & large global companies wishing to expand their business nationally & internationally.
Caroline is a non-executive director and member of the remuneration and nomination and governance committees of Distributor DCC and is a former non-executive director of IDA Ireland.
Until she retired, Caroline was the former Business Group President of Flex (NASDAQ: FLEX), a $26B, Fortune Global 500 company with 200,000 employees and operations in 30 countries. In this role, she led the Global Telecommunications, Compute, Networking, Cloud DC & Services Sectors, a $9 Billion group, comprised of a global team focused on product design, manufacturing and solutions for the telecom and infrastructure markets.
She is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
