ADI Fellow

Susan is an Analog Devices (ADI) fellow and leads ADI's process and package technology strategy group under the CTO office in Wilmington, Massachusetts. She has been with Analog Devices for over 30 years, where she led the development and transfer to manufacturing of multiple generations of bipolar and BiCMOS processes, pioneering the use of bonded wafer SOI (silicon-on-wafer) substrates and full dielectric isolation on ADI's complementary bipolar processes.

In addition to silicon processes, she directs ADI’s work on Gallium Nitride, Heterogeneous Integration, and other novel processes and devices. Susan received her BS in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and serves on the advisory boards of the Massachusetts Manufacturing and Innovation Initiative (M2I2), MIT's Microsystems Technology Laboratories, the MIT.nano center and is a member of the Massachusetts Advanced Manufacturing Collaborative.
