Matteo Menolotto

MATTEO MENOLOTTO earned his BEng in Electronic Engineering with a Biomedical focus from the University of Trieste, Italy, and his MEng in Biomedical Engineering with an Industrial focus from the University of Pisa, Italy. After gaining two years of experience as a firmware and hardware designer for biomedical devices at STMicroelectronics in Milan, Italy, he completed his PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, UK. Since 2019, he has been a postdoctoral researcher at the Tyndall National Institute, where he advanced to a senior postdoctoral position in 2022. His research interests include image processing, portable medical devices, wearable sensors, and soft robotics.
